COVID-19 Update

March 18th 2020

WynActive will close all sites, AquaPulse, Eagle Stadium and Werribee Outdoor pool as of Thursday 19 March 2020 until further notice as a result of the COVID-19 outbreak. 

 

We will keep all members informed of developments regarding our closures. For the most up to date information follow our social pages. 

 

WynActive is suspending all direct debit charges during this period of closure. This means that you will not incur any costs for health and fitness memberships or swim school memberships. 

 

Should you have a ‘paid in advance’ membership or a multi-visit pass, it will be suspended from Thursday 19 March until the facilities reopen so that you will not suffer any loss of benefits 

 

This means that you will still get the full term of your membership whether it be 3, 6 or 12 months, this includes 3rd party funded memberships. 

 

Should you have a booking at either AquaPulse, Eagle Stadium or Werribee Outdoor Pool a WynActive team member will contact you soon to discuss your options moving forward.  

 

From the 19 of March we will only be available by phone between 9 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday, and will not be contactable weekends.
