YOGA is designed to enhance vitality and a sense of wellbeing, our yoga classes use gentle movements to improve flexibility, balance, strength and posture.
POWER YOGA: Fridays at 7am (45mins)
POWER YOGA is a powerful Yoga class which improves strength, endurance, flexibility and breathing. You will finish each class feeling powerful yet relaxed.
AQUA AEROBICS: Thursdays at 7:45am (45mins)
AQUA AEROBICS at Werribee Outdoor Pool returns in 2020 with a class each Thursday at 7:45am. In case you missed out last year, this is a great opportunity to enjoy a 45-minute Aqua class in the beautiful surroundings of the outdoor pool!
Outdoor classes are free for WynActive Access-All Members.
Casual attendance cost is $18.30 adult/$15.20 concession.
